Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CDH (Crowe Diehard Team) web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

CDH provides a training and onboarding platform for independent business owners (IBOs). Our Service includes contact management tools, training materials, progress tracking, business planning resources, and other features designed to support your business development journey.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using your email address and a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CDH and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Service is hosted on Vercel and uses Neon for its database and Resend for transactional email. The Service may also integrate with public iCal calendar feeds and, where you explicitly opt in, with Google Sheets. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CDH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDH and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
